Supporting All Families. Everywhere.
Supporting All Families. Everywhere.
Founded in response to the heart-breaking story of ONE Child who lost EVERYTHING to preventable tragedies:
With a Mission to Support All Families Everywhere
Four preventable tragedies. One child. Limited Support.
She needed a place that understood ALL of it.
That place didn't exist. So, we built it.

Every 50 minutes, a drunk driver kills someone.
A mother. A father. A guardian. Gone - because someone chose to drive drunk and a bar chose to over-serve.
We support the families. We demand accountability.

Each year, 45,000+ people are killed by guns in the US.
Behind every statistic is a child who just lost a parent, a sibling, a guardian. Mass shootings. Homicides. Accidents.
We serve those left behind.

Daily, 3 women are murdered by intimate partners.
Their children witness the violence. They're left traumatized and alone.
We provide safety, support, and fight for justice.

The SAFE House Foundation provides lifetime support, justice advocacy, and community to families devastated by drunk driving, gun violence, and domestic abuse - while fighting to prevent the next tragedy.
Because no child should face their darkest moment alone.

A nation where every family devastated by preventable violence has a foundation - where survivors find healing and justice, where accountability exists, and where tragedies are prevented before they destroy another family.
Every child has a SAFE House. Every child has a family. Every child has foundation. Forever.

We believe in family forever, justice alongside healing, and preventing against tragedy. We take immediate action, stay community-rooted, and are expanding our impact. We're survivor-led, and we practice service in action - showing up and staying because that's what family does.
THIS is The SAFE House Foundation.
Every foundation has an origin story. Ours started with a friendship - and four tragedies.
Te'Neya Saine knew what it meant to lose everything. By the time she was 15, domestic abuse had taken her father - her mother, defending herself was convicted and sent to prison for life.
15 years later, her mother won her appeal and was released on self-defense grounds. But freedom didn't last long. She was murdered in suspected retaliation.
Then gun violence took her daughter's father life - murdered in Flint, Michigan.
Te'Neya was trying to rebuild. Trying to heal. Trying to give her daughter the life she never had. But then, a drunk driver took Te'Neya's life.
And her 8-year-old daughter was left with no mother. No father. No grandparents.
She had lost everyone.
Once you're in, you're in for life. You dont age out. You don't graduate out. You belong here.
We offer therapy, community, AND help you fight for accountability. Healing isn't complete without justice,
We're FROM the communities we serve. We've been through it. We walk with you.
We we're built on a promise:
"I'll be your foundation." We show up. We stay. That's love.

One child lost everyone to drunk driving, gun violence, and domestic abuse. Thousands more face the same tragedies every year - and they need you to be their foundation.
It started with one. It continues with you.
